Marketing Manager (AM Level)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Assistant Manager level) to lead BTL marketing and brand activation initiatives for our construction materials business in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing and brand activation initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Develop and execute dealer, retailer, electrician, contractor, and customer engagement programs.
• Organize and manage dealer meets, electrician meets, roadshows, product demonstrations, exhibitions, launches, and other trade‑focused activities.
• Develop and implement retail merchandising and visibility plans, including effective deployment of POSM, displays, signage, and other branding materials.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights, monitor competitor activities, assess brand visibility, and identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with channel requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, dealers, and internal stakeholders for effective and timely execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign execution and prepare activity reports and market insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, and on‑ground campaign execution.
• Experience in dealer, retailer, electrician, contractor, or trade‑channel engagement.
• Good understanding of channel marketing and trade promotions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to undertake frequent market visits and field‑based activities.
