About the role

Nepal Agro Chemicals is seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and sales initiatives across Nepal. The role focuses on developing strategic marketing plans, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and increasing brand visibility to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to maximise performance and productivity.
• Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer networks across assigned territories.
• Identify new market opportunities and devise strategies to increase market share.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, farmer awareness programmes, and field demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analyses for management.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure achievement of sales and marketing targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the agro‑chemical or related sector.
• Minimum of 5 years (60 months) of relevant marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
