Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support new product development within the FMCG/Food & Beverage sector. The role will ensure all activities comply with relevant food labeling and advertising regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Drive sales, distributor/retail penetration, market share, and brand growth through effective marketing initiatives.
• Manage brand positioning, advertising, social media, digital campaigns, and consumer engagement.
• Lead new product launches, SKU development, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Plan and execute trade marketing, retail activations, promotions, and POSM deployment.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, monitor campaign ROI, and control costs.
• Lead and develop the marketing team and coordinate with Sales, Production, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with food labeling, advertising, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare timely monthly/quarterly marketing MIS and performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/Food & Beverage.
• Strong experience in brand management, digital/trade marketing, product launches, market research, budgeting, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
