Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies covering digital, offline, partnerships, PR, and other relevant channels.
• Develop brand positioning strategies and oversee seasonal promotions, new outlet launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage key digital platforms, including social media, paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, CRM, influencer marketing, and content initiatives.
• Develop initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through memberships, loyalty programs, corporate tie‑ups, and promotional offers.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective and cost‑efficient utilization of resources.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, media houses, influencers, and external vendors to execute impactful marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, customer behavior, and overall marketing effectiveness through analytics and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular monthly and quarterly marketing reports, highlighting key insights, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all branches and customer‑facing platforms.
• Partner with operations teams to develop location‑specific marketing initiatives aimed at improving individual outlet performance.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, wellness, luxury, retail, lifestyle, or similar consumer‑focused industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, social media, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
