Marketing Manager

About the role

Kangaroo Education Foundation is looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to drive growth marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation and content coordination. The role works closely with the Director of Special Projects and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support lead generation, student acquisition and marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, call centre and offline channels.
• Coordinate social media calendars, website updates, newsletters and basic SEO initiatives.
• Monitor and report key metrics such as leads, conversion rates, CPL, CPQL, reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and copy teams for timely content production.
• Maintain CRM/Agentcis data, lead entry, status updates and inquiry follow‑up.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing reports and keep campaign records.
• Assist with seminars, fairs, events and coordination with vendors or agencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or campaign coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong command of English and Nepali.
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills.

Required skills

• Digital marketing and social media management.
• Basic SEO, Google Analytics and paid advertising knowledge.
• CRM usage and dashboard/reporting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools.
