Marketing Manager – Lead Strategy & Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function at Event Solution. The role will shape and execute strategies that boost brand visibility, generate leads and support overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, manage and monitor both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, trends and new opportunities.
• Design lead‑generation, customer‑acquisition and brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Oversee social media, digital, promotional and advertising activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors and identify ways to improve market positioning.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and achieve revenue targets.
• Organise promotional events, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and provide recommendations.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate the marketing team to meet targets.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar senior role.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a marketing team.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams.
