About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. The role combines marketing expertise, sales leadership, and business development to drive brand growth, generate quality leads, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, products, solutions and services.
• Identify target markets, customer segments and business opportunities across industries.
• Plan and manage digital and traditional campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, advertising, events and exhibitions.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Oversee brand management ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise strategies to improve ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic and cost‑effective investments.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
• Ensure quality leads generated by marketing are followed up and converted by sales.
