Marketing Manager (Mobile)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Mobile) to lead mobile‑focused marketing initiatives for our client talent solutions and brand growth. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time, on‑site position will shape strategy, execute campaigns and analyse performance to maximise reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute mobile marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate mobile campaigns across digital platforms and manage content and promotions for mobile channels.
• Analyse performance data, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and optimise campaigns for better reach and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent mobile‑friendly branding and communications.
• Prepare regular reports and propose improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of experience in mobile marketing, including campaign planning, execution and performance analysis.
• Strong background in digital marketing strategy, social media management and online brand positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in HR services, consulting or professional services is preferred.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to ethical, inclusive and non‑discriminatory practices.
