Marketing Officer

About the role

Neofin Hire Purchase, a Nepal Rastra Bank‑regulated financial institution, is rebranding and launching new digital products. The Marketing Officer will drive the story, plan campaigns, create content, and measure results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business targets and product launches.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, branch, and dealer channels from concept to results.
• Manage the marketing budget, track spend and ensure accountability for every rupee.
• Brief, coordinate and review external agencies for creative, media and events.
• Create content (social posts, short‑form videos, banners, print) using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut and AI tools.
• Manage Neofin’s social media pages with a consistent content calendar.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Handle website updates, on‑page SEO and Google Business Profile listings.
• Write copy in Nepali and English, track performance metrics and report insights.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with financial advertising regulations.

• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on.
• Creative with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
• Data‑minded, focused on results and metrics.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns, budgets and deadlines.
• Confident in managing vendors and providing constructive feedback.
• Curious about new tools, trends and AI, and quick to apply them.
• Ambitious with a drive to grow into a senior marketing leadership role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
• Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut) – strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience running Meta ad campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and on‑page optimisation.
• Familiarity with Meta Insights, Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Experience managing marketing budgets or coordinating with agencies.
• Excellent written and spoken Nepali and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
