Marketing Officer (Mid-Level) – Kathmandu

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants; support dealer acquisition and market expansion; coordinate with sales to drive product adoption; organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, dealer meets, and marketing events; conduct market visits to gather feedback and identify opportunities; monitor competitor activities; gather channel feedback; recommend strategies to differentiate the brand and increase market share.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support product promotions; manage social media platforms; coordinate development of digital and offline marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, display materials) ensuring consistent brand identity; track campaign performance, marketing expenditure, and key digital metrics; prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Product Branding.
• Excellent communication skills.
