Marketing Officer – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to join B2B Hospitality Nepal. The role combines sales and marketing responsibilities, focusing on expanding our reach within the hospitality sector and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to promote and distribute products to hospitality clients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Perform market research and analyse customer needs and preferences.
• Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to generate leads.
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports and analyses to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales techniques and achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in distribution or wholesale.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to conduct frequent field visits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
