Marketing & Public Relations Executive – Hospital

About the role

We are seeking a confident and proactive Marketing & Public Relations Executive to promote our hospital’s services, build strong relationships with patients, doctors and referral partners, and increase patient footfall through effective offline marketing and PR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as banners, hoardings, pamphlets, brochures, newspaper ads and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, organisations and referral partners.
• Promote hospital services, health packages and special medical camps within the community.
• Coordinate health camps, awareness programmes, promotional events and community outreach activities.
• Handle patient and public communications to maintain a positive hospital image.
• Conduct local market visits to identify new promotional and business opportunities.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, referrals and patient inquiries and submit regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in Marketing, Public Relations or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, PR, field marketing or business development. Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
