Marketing Staff

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports day‑to‑day marketing activities for Advance Generation’s industrial coding and marking solutions. The Marketing Staff will assist in developing and executing strategies and campaigns that promote the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
• Prepare marketing materials and support campaign execution.
• Coordinate with the sales team and assist in customer outreach.
• Participate in promotional events and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Create basic reports on marketing performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Market research capability to analyse industry trends and customer needs.
• Sales and customer service experience to support client interactions and follow‑ups.
• Understanding of marketing strategy to assist in planning and implementing campaigns.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple tasks and use common office and presentation software.
• Prior experience in industrial products, B2B marketing or technology solutions is an advantage.
