About the role
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our plant in Sunwal. The role involves overseeing daily operations, leading maintenance activities, and driving efficiency across the production line.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant operations to ensure smooth production.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor machinery performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
- Lead engineering and production teams, fostering collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good understanding of production management and maintenance operations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with engineering software (generic).
