Media Implementation Assistant – Digital Marketing

About the role

The Media Implementation Assistant will support the paid search and programmatic team in delivering high‑quality campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms. You will set up campaigns, process data into insightful reports, and provide recommendations to optimise performance. The role demands strong analytical abilities and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise campaigns on SEM, social and programmatic platforms, including budget pacing and keyword research.
• Generate and maintain pacing reports, Excel dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Create ad copy, conduct search query analysis, and perform negative keyword research.
• Audit SEM accounts, landing pages and ensure compliance with QA checklists.
• Document ongoing tasks, resolve reporting issues and contribute to knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Maintain regular progress updates and build relationships with internal teams and wider group.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

• Google Ads (AdWords) fundamentals.
