About the role
The Mental Health Counselor will work as a consultant in Kathmandu, providing individual and relationship-focused counseling using evidence‑informed approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver counseling sessions in person and online for Nepali and English‑speaking clients.
- Apply evidence‑informed therapeutic techniques to support clients experiencing emotional or mental distress.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant counseling/psychotherapy training and experience.
- LGBTQIA+ affirming and non‑judgmental approach.
Required skills
- Fluency in Nepali and English for counseling sessions.
