Mid-Level Accountant (3+ years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Accountant with around 3+ years of experience to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. Candidates with experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and other periodic reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment follow‑ups.
• Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Support tax/VAT, audit, and statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external auditors when required.
• Perform other accounting and finance‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hotel, hospitality, restaurant or tourism sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
