Mock Test Evaluator

About the role

The Mock Test Evaluator will administer and evaluate mock tests and interviews for students referred by B2B partners. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu ensures accurate scoring, constructive feedback, and support for improving test strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mock tests and mock interviews according to scheduled timelines and coordinate details with B2B partners.
• Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses, provide professional feedback, and prepare performance reports for partners.
• Prepare and regularly update question papers, assessment materials, and interview questions.
• Maintain accurate performance records, ensure confidentiality, and handle queries from B2B partners.
• Collaborate with instructors, counsellors, and B2B teams to develop student improvement plans and support additional practice sessions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Management or a related field.
• Prior experience in international education consultancy, B2B operations, or student assessment is preferred.
• Good understanding of IELTS, PTE, Duolingo or other English proficiency tests.
• Strong English communication, presentation and interview skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple partner requirements.
