About the role
The Ace International Business School seeks a Module Leader to deliver the International Work, Organisations and Society module. The role involves teaching, assessment, student support and ensuring academic quality.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver module content covering sociology of work, organisational behaviour and contemporary employment practices.
- Facilitate critical discussion and international comparisons of workplace practices.
- Design and conduct assessments, provide student support and uphold academic quality standards.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher in HRM, Sociology, Organisational Behaviour, Management, Business Administration, Employment Relations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sociology of work, organisational behaviour and contemporary employment practices.
- Prior higher‑education teaching experience, preferably at least one year in an international or transnational programme.
- Experience teaching related subjects such as Sociology of Work, Organisational Behaviour, HRM or Employment Relations is advantageous.
