Motion Graphics Designer – Full‑time, Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to lead the creation of high‑impact visual content for social media, digital campaigns and brand storytelling. The role involves taking concepts from idea through to final delivery, working closely with marketers, developers and clients across travel, education, finance and sports sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for motion graphics across social platforms, websites, print and digital ads.
• Conceptualize, storyboard and produce animated videos, reels and brand films using industry‑standard tools.
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve visual guidelines as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior designers and manage feedback cycles.
• Organize project files, version control and design workflows.
• Stay current with design trends and introduce fresh techniques to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Canva and familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, colour, typography and animation timing.
