Multi-Destination Educational Advisor (Canada, Australia, NZ & USA)

About the role

Mentor Institute – Educational Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Multi‑Destination Educational Advisor to guide students in Kathmandu on study opportunities in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. This full‑time, on‑site position involves personalized counseling, application support, and ongoing mentorship throughout the admission process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person meetings, providing timely and clear guidance.
• Deliver information sessions and outreach activities to promote international study options.
• Maintain up‑to‑date student records and track progress through each admission stage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of admission processes in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with diverse student and family backgrounds.
• Proven customer‑service abilities and capacity to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu.
