Off Page SEO Executive

About the role

EasyPRwire is seeking an Off‑Page SEO Executive to boost the company’s online authority, improve organic rankings, and increase brand visibility through strategic link‑building and digital PR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage off‑page SEO and link‑building campaigns.
• Secure high‑quality backlinks via guest posts, niche edits, citations and relevant directories.
• Identify and obtain organic brand mentions and media placements on authoritative sites.
• Develop and maintain a genuine presence on Reddit and Quora, contributing helpful, non‑promotional content.
• Research subreddits, Quora topics, journalists, bloggers and industry communities for outreach opportunities.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and uncover new link‑building prospects.
• Write or coordinate outreach emails, pitches, guest posts and response content.
• Monitor backlink quality, anchor‑text distribution, domain relevance and placement status.
• Track keyword rankings, referral traffic, brand mentions and overall campaign performance.
• Maintain detailed reports of outreach activities, live links and results while avoiding spammy or black‑hat tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in off‑page SEO, link building, digital PR or media outreach.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Ability to research relevant websites, communities, journalists and content opportunities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to meet weekly targets.
