Operation and Sales Manager

About the role

Leadership Academy Nepal is building a gold‑standard platform for high‑skilled corporate training. We are looking for a professional to run the operations behind our programs and grow our corporate client base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and business leaders.
• Identify, pitch, and close corporate training opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate training programs end‑to‑end, handling scheduling, faculty and participant logistics, venues, and materials.
• Track sales pipeline, program delivery, and participant feedback.
• Collaborate with the team and partners to maintain high program standards.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, preferably in training, education, or professional services.
• Confident communication with middle managers and senior executives.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning results.
• Passionate about developing Nepal's talent and leadership.
