About the role

This full‑time on‑site paid internship in Kathmandu supports travel and tourism services. You will assist with administrative and operational tasks, gain hands‑on experience, and collaborate across teams to improve client experiences.

Key responsibilities

Assist with event coordination for travel‑related activities.
Support the booking process for tours and tickets.
Conduct research on travel trends and market opportunities.
Collaborate with different teams to develop client‑focused solutions.

Required profile

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to research and analyse travel and tourism trends.
Enthusiasm for travel, tourism and learning new concepts.
Team‑player attitude and professional demeanor.
Fluency in English; Nepali or other languages a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.

Required skills

Basic computer applications.
MS Office Suite.
