Paid Media Manager

About the role

Take your paid media career to the next level by managing seven‑figure budgets and global campaigns for higher‑education clients. You will build and optimise campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic while developing cross‑channel expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns for higher‑education clients.
• Develop cross‑channel strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets and performance targets.
• Manage campaign performance, pacing and budgets to maximise results.
• Analyse data, identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Oversee complex campaign builds, conversion tracking and troubleshooting.
• Deliver client reports, performance insights and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
• Confident client‑facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
