Part‑time PC Sales Expert (Hybrid)

About the role

The PC Sales Expert will work part‑time in a hybrid setting from Kathmandu, assisting customers both online and in‑store to choose PCs, components and peripherals that fit their needs and budget. You will handle inquiries via chat, phone and email, provide clear product information and guide shoppers through the purchase process while upholding Kunyo.co’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions across multiple channels and recommend suitable PC hardware and accessories.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of PC components, gaming trends and promotional offers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to verify stock availability and support sales campaigns.
• Document customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product catalogue.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or gaming products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multi‑channel interaction.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively on a part‑time schedule.
• Prior experience in online retail or tech/gaming industry is an advantage.
