About the role

The Performance Specialist Marketing will plan, execute and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns across digital channels, driving measurable growth in leads, conversions and brand visibility for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate leads, conversions and brand visibility.
• Monitor key performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Conduct A/B tests and other performance experiments, refining targeting, messaging and budgets to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data analysis for marketing performance optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience in performance testing of campaigns, including A/B testing and experimentation.
• Effective communication skills to present insights and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads or similar tools.
• Knowledge of KPI setting, tracking results and implementing improvements.
