Pharmacist – Medicine Invoice & Order Processing

About the role

The pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to manage medicine invoices, process customer orders via messaging apps, and handle product quality issues. You will work closely with the customer care team to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming medicine invoices for accuracy and record‑keeping.
• Process direct and indirect medicine orders received through WhatsApp and Viber.
• Investigate and resolve missed, damaged, or exchange (MDE) product issues.
• Inspect and verify products related to MDE cases to ensure quality compliance.
• Communicate with the customer care team to answer queries about medicine and non‑medicine products.
• Coordinate prescription orders using the admin system.
• Oversee medicine transfers to locations via the Syntax system.
• Maintain the pharmaceutical station, including stock rotation, expiration checks, organization, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar pharmacy role.
• Strong attention to detail for invoice review, product verification, and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
• Problem‑solving ability to address missed, damaged, or exchanged product issues efficiently.
