About the role

HEAL PHARMACY is seeking a full‑time Pharmacy Assistant to join its team in Hetauda. Working on‑site, you will support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications while providing courteous service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and basic verification under supervision.
• Serve customers at the counter, answer phone inquiries, and handle billing transactions.
• Maintain shelf organization, monitor stock levels, check expiry dates, and support inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and pharmacy regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety and confidentiality protocols reliably.
• Attention to detail and dependable work habits.
• Basic computer literacy; proficiency in local language and functional English is advantageous.
• Relevant certificate or training in pharmacy assistance or health sciences is preferred.
