Physiotherapist – Full‑time position

About the role

Aashas Health Care is looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. The role involves delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise programmes to improve range of motion, strength and function.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed and document all sessions accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on condition management and home-care strategies.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and apply best practices.
• Adhere to safety, infection-control and clinical governance protocols.

Required profile

• At least 24 months (2 years) of professional experience as a Physiotherapist.
• Motivated and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
