About the role

Wiser Esports is seeking a creative professional to design compelling presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for its business department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the esports or sports industry and be able to translate complex ideas into visually engaging formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality pitch decks, presentations, and business proposals that align with Wiser Esports' brand and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the business team to gather content, understand strategic goals, and ensure messaging consistency.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure all deliverables are polished, professional, and tailored to the esports audience.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and incorporate best practices in visual storytelling.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience creating pitch decks or presentations for esports, sports, or related sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and effective business communication materials.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
