Premium Client Sales Manager – Hotel Spa

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven professional to lead premium client sales for our exclusive hotel spa in Kathmandu. The role focuses on building relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients, promoting bespoke wellness experiences, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote the spa’s premium wellness services and lifestyle offerings in a professional, discreet, and customer‑focused manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate clients, business leaders, and other premium customer segments.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, industry networks, corporate tie‑ups, private functions, hotel guests, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct customized client consultations, property visits, service experiences, and sales presentations based on individual client requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, initial engagement, follow‑ups, negotiations, confirmation, payment coordination, and post‑sales relationship management.
• Identify and develop corporate wellness packages and premium gifting opportunities for companies, events, celebrations, and special occasions.
• Build long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and continued engagement.
• Convert the organization’s commercial strategy into structured sales plans, consistent business development activities, and measurable results.
• Keep client information, sales pipelines, and opportunity records updated using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant platforms.
• Work closely with spa operations, hotel departments, marketing, finance, and management teams to deliver a smooth and consistent client experience.
• Prepare and submit regular reports covering client interactions, sales leads, business opportunities, conversions, revenue generation, and collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in premium sales, business development, hospitality, banking, luxury retail, automotive, real estate, insurance, or similar industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship‑management skills.
• Professional, confident, well‑presented, and capable of representing premium hospitality and wellness brands.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, expatriates, and high‑value clientele with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong sales execution skills with a proactive and structured approach to lead generation, follow‑up, and conversion.
• Good working knowledge of email communication, online research, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and digital sales platforms.
• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel across Kathmandu Valley and attend client meetings, networking events, and business functions as required.
