About the role

Bajrayoginee English School is looking for a dynamic Primary Level Teacher to join its team in Shankarapur‑06, Kathmandu. The successful candidate will deliver student‑centered, experiential lessons that foster curiosity, creativity and independent learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, student‑centered lessons for primary grades.
• Teach assigned subjects such as Nepali/Samajik or English/Science in line with the school curriculum.
• Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities and assessments.
• Monitor academic progress, provide constructive feedback and support.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning space.
• Record attendance, performance and overall student progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues and school management.
• Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, workshops and co‑curricular activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s progressive teaching‑learning approach.
