Product Designer

About the role

Niural is seeking a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. You will own the creation of high‑fidelity demo prototypes, support product iteration, and help evolve design systems and workflows across a fast‑growing fintech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design & Prototype: Create end‑to‑end high‑fidelity, interactive prototypes for sales demos, internal showcases, and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.
• Coordinate Design Operations: Prioritize, manage, and align design tasks to ensure consistent output, clear ownership, and delivery velocity.
• Elevate Visual & UX Standards: Support and evolve design systems for cohesion and scalability across the product.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Mentor & Lead by Example: Provide senior‑level perspective and thought partnership to raise the bar for design craft and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience designing SaaS products, preferably in fast‑paced, growth‑stage companies.
• Strong eye for design and UX details while understanding the broader business context.
• Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and turn them into structured solutions.
• Clear communicator who thrives in cross‑functional environments and values rapid feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma (preferred) and/or Framer.
• Experience building high‑fidelity, interactive prototypes used for sales, demos, or internal pitching.
• Hands‑on experience contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems.
