Product Documentation & Customer Education Coordinator

About the role

Our product suite is expanding rapidly, and each new feature needs clear, user‑friendly guidance. The Product Documentation & Customer Education Coordinator bridges product development and product adoption by turning technical specifications into simple, engaging educational content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our products, workflows and user journeys, then translate requirements and feature releases into step‑by‑step guides, FAQs and onboarding materials.
• Create short product walkthrough videos using screen recordings, AI voice‑overs and video editing tools.
• Build and maintain a centralized documentation and learning platform, establishing templates, naming conventions and a logical information architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support teams to embed documentation planning into the release process and produce release notes, newsletters and other communications.
• Continuously review and update existing content to keep it accurate, complete and aligned with user feedback.

Required profile

• Curious and analytical, with a strong desire to understand complex products quickly.
• Excellent English communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non‑technical users.
• User‑focused, anticipating where new users may become confused and proactively filling documentation gaps.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable working across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proactive and comfortable using AI‑driven productivity tools to accelerate content creation.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with screen recording tools.
• Basic proficiency with video editing tools.
• Experience or willingness to use AI content creation tools for drafting, editing and voice‑over generation.
