Product Head – EV Sales

About the role

The Product Head – EV Sales will lead sales strategy, product management and market development for electric vehicles in Nepal, driving growth and achieving business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets, identifying new market segments and business opportunities.
• Manage product positioning, pricing and value propositions, coordinating with manufacturers and gathering dealer feedback for improvements.
• Expand and oversee the dealer and distribution network, set targets, monitor performance and support inventory planning.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, roadshows and EV awareness programs to boost adoption.
• Lead the sales team, set KPIs, conduct training and ensure cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales, product management or business development, preferably in automotive or EV sector.
• 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role with proven team performance.
• Experience in dealership, distribution or channel development is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong sales leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
