Product Marketing Associate

About the role

Third Factor AI, a Prixa Company, is building an authenticity layer for the internet and needs a proactive Marketing Officer to take ideas from strategy to execution and help build the brand from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and Go‑to‑Market activities for Third Factor AI.
• Coordinate with design, SEO, advertising, and other marketing teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Manage vendors, agencies, event partners, and external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including social media posts, product explainers, presentations, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Represent Third Factor at relevant events and industry engagements when required.
• Translate complex AI‑powered identity verification concepts into simple, engaging communication.
• Support marketing activities targeting digital wallets, banks, fintechs, remittance companies, and related industries.
• Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistent product messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
• Strong execution and project coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies, or external partners.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating or presenting video content (advantageous).
• Ability to understand and communicate technology‑based products in a simple, engaging manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Willingness to take ownership beyond a defined job description.
