Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor in Rajbiraj. The role involves overseeing daily production, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with support teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day production activities and monitor shop‑floor workflows.
• Assign duties to team members, track output against targets and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, prepare basic operational reports and support inventory control.
• Guide and train new staff on procedures, promote continuous‑improvement initiatives and escalate critical problems to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising teams in a manufacturing, industrial or plant‑operations environment.
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, inventory management and workplace safety regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for reporting and record‑keeping.
• Familiarity with MS Office or similar productivity tools.
