About the role

Virinchi College is looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator to oversee academic operations and ensure smooth program delivery. The role involves close collaboration with faculty, students, and administrative teams in a dynamic educational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Work with faculty to develop, update, and align curricula and academic programs with institutional goals.
• Provide guidance to students on academic requirements, policies, and support services.
• Coordinate class schedules, room allocations, examination timetables, and assist faculty with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate academic records, analyze program performance data, and recommend improvements.
• Organize academic events such as seminars, workshops, and orientations while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in academic coordination or related administrative roles.
• Strong team management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with faculty, students, and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
