Project In-Charge – Hotel & Resort Commercial Tower

About the role

We are seeking a Project In‑Charge to lead the construction of a luxury hotel, resort and commercial tower, overseeing all phases from planning to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master project schedule, monitor critical path and milestones.
• Execute site works for villas, spa, restaurants, common areas, utilities, roads, landscape and external works according to approved drawings.
• Monitor project budget, commitments, variations and prevent unauthorised cost overruns.
• Coordinate and evaluate all contractors, ensuring adequate manpower, equipment and productivity.
• Manage coordination with architects, structural, MEP, interior, landscape, kitchen, spa and specialist consultants.
• Ensure construction and finishing quality meets luxury and wellness specifications.
• Oversee installation and testing of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting, water treatment, kitchen, spa and pool systems.
• Identify and track critical and long‑lead materials, coordinate procurement and delivery.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and site regulations.
• Provide weekly and monthly progress, cost, risk and decision reports to management.
• Identify and mitigate construction, procurement, design, cost and schedule risks.
• Lead testing, commissioning and operational readiness for soft opening.
• Drive final snagging, documentation, as‑built drawings, warranties and formal handover.
