Project Lead Sales

About the role

The Project Lead Sales will drive sales, technical marketing, and business development for cement and steel products across major infrastructure and commercial projects in Kathmandu. This senior position requires managing the full sales cycle from strategy to order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales, technical marketing, and business development for cement and steel products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare offers, negotiate techno‑commercial terms, and secure high‑value orders.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure product compliance and project alignment.
• Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, pricing evaluation, and forecasting.
• Implement quality standards as per NS specifications and resolve technical queries and complaints.
• Prepare and process Bank Guarantees, Local L/C, performance securities, and manage timely payment follow‑up.
• Conduct technical presentations, builder/contractor meetings, and promotional events nationwide.
• Monitor and report project progress through site visits and inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales management within the cement division.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high‑value contracts in infrastructure or commercial projects.
