Project Manager – Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager – Interior Design to lead interior design projects from planning through execution in Kathmandu. The role involves coordinating design teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Supervise on‑site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of designers.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of interior design experience with demonstrated leadership or project management responsibilities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
