Project Manager – PEB & Structures

About the role

Hulas Infra designs, manufactures and erects pre‑engineered buildings (PEB) and steel structures across Nepal. We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to lead projects from order through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning, schedule and budget from kickoff through design approval, fabrication, dispatch, erection and handover.
• Coordinate design, fabrication plant, procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery of steel, sheeting and bought‑out items.
• Manage erection contractors, cranes, manpower and site safety.
• Serve as the client’s main contact for progress reports, change orders, billing milestones and collections.
• Control quality against approved drawings and specifications and close snag lists before handover.

Required profile

• Degree in civil, structural or mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years experience in PEB or structural steel projects, with at least 3 years as a project manager.
• Willingness to travel and be based at project sites across Nepal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to read shop and erection drawings.
