Project Manager – Road Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead road construction and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage road construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and resource requirements.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, equipment and manpower.
• Monitor quality, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks and delays.
• Prepare regular project reports, progress updates and documentation.
• Deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience managing road construction or similar infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle project risks and delays.
