Public Relations & Social Media Executive

About the role

Mission Surgical is seeking a confident, creative, and well‑presented professional to lead its public relations and social media efforts. The role combines client communication, brand promotion, and digital content creation to enhance the company’s visibility in the healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote products and services across multiple channels to increase brand reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hospitals, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support network expansion.
• Plan and execute PR, marketing, and promotional activities.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, exhibitions, and other business functions.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop captions, posts, reels, videos, product descriptions and maintain a content calendar.
• Assist with photography, videography, video editing and basic graphic design.
• Monitor social media trends, manage community interactions and track performance metrics.
