QC & Production Head (Food & Beverage Manufacturing)

About the role

The QC & Production Head will lead the Mineral Water and Flour division, ensuring seamless manufacturing operations while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This senior position reports directly to senior management and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all production and quality activities to guarantee smooth manufacturing processes.
• Plan and execute production schedules aligned with business needs and operational priorities.
• Ensure products comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to achieve production and business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Manage workforce planning, team supervision, and operational discipline within the production function.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality systems, and statutory regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Mentor and develop production and quality teams to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in mineral water, flour, FMCG, or food processing.
• Proven track record of leading production and quality teams.
