Quality Head – Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Head to lead our quality assurance function and ensure that every product and service complies with legal standards and customer expectations. The role reports to senior management and plays a pivotal part in safeguarding our brand reputation and supporting sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect final products and services to verify compliance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and customer service teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor key quality metrics, conduct root‑cause analyses and oversee corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date and audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management or quality assurance within a manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements.
• Responsibility towards customers and awareness of competitive market dynamics.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills.
