Receptionist & Computer Instructor (Tally & MS Office)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized professional to combine front‑desk duties with computer instruction. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors while also delivering training on Tally and the Microsoft Office suite to our students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, greet visitors and handle incoming calls.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as mail handling and record keeping.
• Prepare training materials and conduct classroom sessions on Tally, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet usage.
• Maintain attendance registers and assess student progress.
• Ensure the reception space remains tidy and professional.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, punctual, honest and responsible attitude.
• Prior experience in reception or teaching is preferred.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Tally accounting software.
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic internet navigation.
