Receptionist & Social Media Handler

About the role

We are seeking an organized, friendly, and creative individual to serve as the face of our front office while also driving our online presence. In this dual position you will welcome visitors, handle administrative duties, and manage our social media channels to engage with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail and packages, and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Schedule appointments, keep the front‑desk calendar, and provide general administrative support.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging text, image, and video content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, and public inquiries across social platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics, track simple growth targets, and capture photos or short videos for content.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative.
• Basic experience managing business social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–8 years of relevant experience.
