About the role
Ikigai Careers is looking for a Recruitment Intern to assist with candidate sourcing and hiring coordination. You will organise CVs, support interview scheduling, and maintain accurate hiring‑stage records while learning the full recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates for assigned openings.
- Organise CVs and candidate information for review.
- Support initial candidate communication and record responses.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on scheduling details.
- Update hiring stages and candidate activity records.
- Flag missing information and follow‑up needs to the team.
Required profile
- Interest in recruitment, candidate sourcing and hiring operations.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow written processes.
- Discretion when handling CVs and candidate information.
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and improve through feedback.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tracking.
